Americans for Ibogaine

Americans for Ibogaine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit launched in June 2025 to advance clinical research and responsible medical access to ibogaine for addiction, trauma, and related conditions. Founded with former Texas Governor Rick Perry as Chairman of the Board, the group focuses on the FDA approval pathway, education for policymakers, and supporting state-level research initiatives such as Texas’s $50 million investment in clinical trials. CEO W. Bryan Hubbard leads the organization alongside a board that includes veterans and advocates.
