Ibogaine and Your Medications

This is a useful filter, not a complete interaction reference. It covers medications that are commonly relevant to ibogaine's two biggest documented risk factors: QT-prolongation (cardiac) and CYP2D6 metabolism, plus serotonergic, opioid, and electrolyte-affecting drugs. If your medication isn't listed, that does not mean it's safe to combine, it means we haven't documented it yet.
