Inclusion of a center in our directory is not an endorsement or guarantee of safety, quality, or outcomes. You are responsible for independently verifying any center's credentials, licensing, and safety protocols before pursuing treatment there.
3. User Accounts and Community Content
If you create an account to participate in reviews or community discussion, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate any person or entity.
By submitting a review, comment, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Site. You retain ownership of your content, but are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.
5. Center Claims
If you submit a claim asserting ownership or authorized representation of a listed center, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on that center's behalf. We reserve the right to request verification and to deny or revoke claims that cannot be substantiated.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, text, graphics, and compiled directory and research database are owned by Ibogaine.club or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.
