No Fallen Heroes
✓ VerifiedEnding Veteran Suicide Through Sacred healing & Science
The No Fallen Heroes Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ending veteran and first responder suicide by expanding access to entheogenic healing, with a strong focus on ibogaine-assisted therapy.
Founded by former U.S. Navy TOPGUN F/A-18 fighter pilot Matthew “Whiz” Buckley, the organization was born from his own experience. After flying combat sorties over Iraq, losing 16 brothers, and struggling with unresolved combat and childhood trauma that conventional treatments could not reach, Buckley underwent a guided ibogaine journey in 2021 that profoundly transformed his life. He established the foundation so that other veterans, first responders, and their families would not have to fight alone for the same opportunity.
The foundation provides fully funded grants and scholarships for trauma-informed entheogenic healing retreats, along with integration support. It has helped hundreds of veterans, first responders, and family members access these treatments. Beyond direct support, No Fallen Heroes advocates for research, policy change, and expanded legal access so that healing can happen at home rather than requiring travel abroad.
