Advice needed for someone who took approx 1.5 g TA

So the guy I'm staying with did kambo Sunday afternoon then came home and took 1.5g of TA extract that he got from Cerebrus I believe. This is the most he has taken at one time. He found it hard to breathe during the night if he laid on his side. Didn't have any visions. Yesterday he had low energy but was able to get out and ride his bike for a while. This morning he has very low energy and feeling faint, has tingling along his neck and shoulder and sensations of warmth in various parts of his body. He feels better sitting up and being out of bed but is a little worried. Any advice appreciated.

Hi entheo, The low energy sounds normal but I don't know about the tingling and warmth sensations. Did he purge a lot during the Kambo session?  I would make sure he is well hydrated and keep an eye on him.  Do you know if he was on any other medications at all?  Hopefully someone will chime in and say this has happened... much love, roxine

He did 2 mambo sessions sun afternoon then had some soup which was a little spicy for him. No mess involved - the kambo likely intensified the TA - he almost fainted in the shower. Odd that he was doing better yesterday than today. Have to laugh that the sitter has become the sitter!!

As La said, keep an eye on your friend.  The almost fainting would be the cause for concern in my book.  Has he done Kambo and Iboga sessions like this before?  How experienced is he entheo? At the very least he should be drinking massive amounts of water, getting his vitamins and minerals.....sounds basic, but it's what we are made of, so it works if regimented and sourced properly.  As for energy: I just started taking Sulbutiamine.  I just read this at: http://www.whatarenootropics.com/nootropic-list/sulbutiamine/ While it is safe to take Sulbutiamine every day, it isn’t practical because a tolerance to its effects builds very quickly. Sulbutiamine is best used every once and awhile when an extra boost is needed. So if low energy is becoming problematic, and you want to speed up the recovery process (no pun intended), then this may be worth a shot.  Since it is especially good to get moving after a flood (within reason), this noot could be a good supplement to take right before your friend plans on doing something physical.  Approximately 800mgs today down the hatch for me.  Lately, I have been drinking more caffeine then I care to admit.  Today, one cup with this new nootropic and I am flying!  It has been described as a "deep" stimulation, not like caffeine or amphetamines.  So far so good.  The mechanism of action is like none I have ever seen.  If all continues well, I am thinking this will be used by me for 1-2 week intervals when needed.  I am thinking it has a chance of being helpful for some folks post flood and fatigued.  Love,  Blue P.S.  Added it to Noopept.

Well this was a learning experience for both of us. Weird that he was fine the first day like it had A 24 hr delay. He started feeling better last night but started to feel Weird again when he went to bed (low energy, problems breathing). This Was the first time he'd taken TA after kambo he was glad I was there to keep him company.
