Interrelationship between Carl Jung's works and the Iboga spiritual experience?

I have been getting more aquainted with Carl Jung's works.  As I understand it the collective unconscious, archetypes, and synchronicity are the major pillars of his research.  I have tried Iboga twice with amazing results.  It seems to me that this plant is the physical embodiment of what Jung was describing.  This plant allows one to experience his unconscious(shadow) in a completely lucid and interactive way.  You experience a merging of dream consciousness and waking consciousness.  Such that the innermost workings of your mind are laid bear.  You interact and experience in the realm of archetypes.  Dream language.  What are your thoughts on this?  IMO this plant is Carl Jung's wet dream.

Well, interesting... I am not as familiar with his work as I should be, but as far as what you have said I agree, also I have never noticed so much synchronicity in my life as I have since even just hearing about Iboga.  It keeps happening too.  Since I have so much extra time on my hands right now maybe I should familiarize more myself with his work.  I would like to hear what others think as well. Thank you.

Strange we were sort of talking about Jungian Philosophy yesterday Lala. I do think there is something "Archetypal" in most psychedelic experiences. So many elements of his philosophy has smacked me in the face or kicked me in the Collective Unconscious over the last month, I am sort of on this track too. MAYBE

I somewhat disagree because I have done 3 floods now and none of yhm brought up memories of my past it was just a bunch of random shit

This is odd.  My two experiences were nothing of the sort.  However what you may perceive to be random may be actual messages to interpret.

missjess - Hi, My 3 hrs of heavy visuals had little to do with my memories as well, as you mentioned Random shit, mine was too but there was a level of "Archetypal" random shit mixed in. The Serpent is old & so are the geometrical patterns that flashed under my closed eye-lids. As I saw these things my minds internal dialog was running in another direction, that's where i got the self reflection & memories. I never experienced the 2 as 1 .  As far as synchronicity ? It has surrounded me with good people & experiences since i 1st heard about Iboga a few years ago.  Just my experience, So far

And did that flood experience have any permanent affect for you? It has been a week and a half since mine and this is probly the best day I've had so far in terms of being way more present and in the moment whereas before I was dissociated and stuck in my head way more and more scared that seems to have dissipated a bit now I don't know if this is just the glow or will there be some possible permanent affects for me

Honestly I am only a month out myself & from what i understand the Glow can last for awhile (like 1 to 4 months)  I think as far as life changers it is totally up to us. I feel like i have a choice's right now that i didn't a month ago (I used it mostly as a Addiction Interrupter for Methadone)  i think the mistake allot of people make with this medicine is they expect it to "CURE" them & I don't think it does, It seems to give us a window to change our minds & hopefully our behaviors.  One things very clear to me , it seems to effect everyone a little bit differently. Did you use it as a addiction treatment or something more psycho-spiritual?
