Microba + Piperine = I'm in love
iboga dieta? are you talking about doing a dieta as tought by ayahuasca? that thought has been crossing my mind several times the last two weeks! i thought that i might be the first to do an iboga dieta! but it would also be my first dieta, and i am not there yet - i yet have to find the right diet. that is - what i can eat/not eat? i want to feel confident enough that i will make it through.. can you give me your eating rules/restrictions? i'll see if they have piperine at my local pharmacy - thank for the info!
Yes the Ayahuasca dieta. I think it would produce amazing results especially if the Iboga was taken like 3 times a day in these tiny weeny capsules "3" size. I think it is less than 250 mg. Dieta is no salt, no sugar, no spice, no meat (other than fish), nothing that has any taste to it basically. Also my main issue with a dieta is I would have to stop taking all the other herbs I take, that is the real hangup for me. Dietas vary a great deal but usually the bulk of your food would be rice, quinoa, millet, some beans, (fish), but no fruits. Green vegetables I think are ideal. Just no dressing. Dieta = The quintessential boring diet aka as bland as you can take it.
i think this would be a huge door opener, dieta with the father, just imagine! i hear that one should do it for 3 months to get lasting effects, what do you think about that? what about bread?
Try dieta for 3 days, if not 5 days, if not 7 days...and so on. Ask the medicine what you should eat: Keyword is BLAND anything lynnet Edit: Also save the seed sack as you practice dieta, women don't bust your vag too.
From what I have read about Curanderos most do a dieta with 1 plant for 2 weeks on and then several days off then another plant dieta. Some do last for that long but then your talking not about a Curandero but you are talking about a Banco. They take things to the highest level of graduation. A Banco is essentially the highest of the high when it comes to healers in the Amazon. Very few are remaining. So 2 weeks is traditional dieta, from all accounts I have read. Yes I think it will produce some serious results especially if combined with Bioperine/Piperine and even digestive enzymes preferably Pancreatic enzymes. This is day 3. I feel like I am having spiritual orgasms all over the place, I am filled with love it is billowing out of me. Unfortunately I feel like this combo of 500-700 mg of Iboga finely ground and Bioperine could be so enjoyable one would have a hard time going without it. I am also combining it with various tinctures, dha pills from several sources, and several other spiritual fuels. So to test the true magic I will have to do just a dieta and see what comes. Mo...my competitive nature comes out because when you said you were maybe going to be the first one to try the Iboga dieta, my thoughts were, "I better get started now because I can't let someone beat me to the punch". Maybe we can help each other in this way by seeing who will be the first one to go the whole 2 weeks on a strict Iboga dieta. Let's pm and maybe set a date like an altruistic competition. Maybe you're not into that but I think it would actually help me stay disciplined if I knew someone else was on my heels. Although you know I have to do Kambo...so a little leeway for a frog?
i don't call it "dieta" i call it what i eat whole grains, vegies, fruits no refined or processed foods no sugars, fried food etc no meats or hard cheeses i live this way year round and yes i take lots of herbs for sure it enhances iboga i can eat iboga or drink aya on a few hours notice with no diet to prep pure and clean to me (pardon all the ayayascara experts) the "dieta" has less to do with the spirits or foods as it does with the commitment to go against one's base desires and cravings sort of a premeditated self sacrifice of ones ego in advance
A dieta is a general guideline. It's good for people starting out with the Mother of All Medicines, it may vary from tradition to tradition. That was then...this is now. If you eat a generally healthy diet, you probably don't need to "dieta". The plant medicine will speak to you (if you ask and wait patiently) on what you need to do to receive its blessings. I've been drinking on a weekend regularity for the past 6 months (a few breaks in between). For me on the 3rd and 4th time I drank in a group setting, I got no effect. I was fustrated and kinda pissed, so the medicine told me: 'don't spill the seed and you will be rewarded'. I stopped masturbating for a week (a big challenge for me) and drank and got some nice visions. lynnet
JBG... I don't mean to be a cotrarian, but a dieta is a program for study where one focuses on only one herb at a time. So that is the hard part for me, not having other herbs. Only one herb at a time for 2 weeks is the standard dieta. Of course your program has great merits. What about fermented foods? Do you abstain from them as well? Fermented foods i.e. Kombucha, Miso, Kim Chi and on and on clash with Ayahuasca. Anyways that is what I thought a dieta was and is. I will write a thread on it in the Ayahuasca forum as well as I am intrigued what people will say a dieta is to them. Fare well
K = always feel free to disagree or point out alternative opinions that is how we learn the herbs i take - i take daily for years - they are part of my daily intake on top of the daily regiment i would agree - that one learns a herb / medicine / plant - - - one at a time when i learn a new medicine plant - i will stick to one (sometimes 2) plants for a year or two taking it in all sorts of doses / frequencies and with various slight alterations in diet to see how they interact truth is - this how i came to my diet - 15 years of trying different foods and listening feeling to how i react to them - then aligning and making slight alterations with the seasons i found that certain "health foods" did not work for me while other "unhealthy foods" did for example - i never eat soy products or nuts while for years i drank 2 cups of turkish coffee a day (until a year ago when i got the message to switch to puerh tea) as for fermented foods - i generally shy away from them as i do from baked goods including breads i found the greatest time to "hear ones diet" is right after a flood or during a 30 day r.b. microdose i also find that too many folks focus on what they eat as the main point of diet for me --- the focus is 1) why we eat 2) how we eat 3) what we eat in that order smile on.....peace j.b.g.
JBG, You never cease to amaze me. I hold you in the highest regards. Whether you like it or not you are at the level of a Banco. A heavy weight hitter in the cosmatic healing. Much respect and applause from the heavens, Kiap
Is it 700mg of root bark you're talking about?
Yeah it is RB. I have 500mg RB + Pancreatic Enzyme + Bioperine.
i have some ta from ibogaworld. what would be a good amount to microdose with? Obviously not 700mg but what do you think an approximate equivalent dosage would be?
100-200 mgs of IW TA probably equals about 40-120 mgs of actual pure alkaloids..
patientorchard, are you taking 700mg of raw bark or hcl? I only have some TA right now. I was thinking of trying about 100mg a day mixed with piperine. Do you think that is too much?
A bit of lecithin (1-2 capsules) packs a punch on top of the rest. For small doses only...extreme caution when quantifying, it can really wallop. I actually use Bioperine which is more standardized and reliable than piperine.
I think I am going to try this method as soon as I can find someone that will ship to me in the u.s. have you considered adding HCL as well? I think betaine/hcl might help potentiate the bark too. cayenne may increase bioavailability. I've heard good things about turmeric/curcumin for potentiating other herbs. Do you think this would work for iboga as well?
