Protocols for Microdosing
this is an old post, but I am trying to learn how to properly and efficiently use my root bark, so... bump for microdosing. Thanks ~ob
Hi clearorchard, I got shocked to see the post reincarnated...lol..., but this is our (me, my husband, and his mom) recipe: 1. one capsule of powder bark, (start first few days with 1/3 full), In the morning on empty stomach, with lemon water. We have done 3 months so far with no interruptions: the only reason if you get strong headaches, discontinue few days and go on. After a month you will start having a lots of dreams all night, and often with real life players, very annoying, but during day time you will feel fine, if in therapy, it will be perfect, a lots to talk about. Once a week we do 6 hours of Zen sitting, and we started doing double capsule for that day. When I say capsule is from a healfood stoore, and it is the seize of vitamin, supplement... take care roxine_writes
I eat 2-4 grams of ground up, high quality bark for a light, pleasant buzz...
i've been working with 500mg-1 gram of bark a day and its definitely helping out in many ways not to mention the way it stacks on prior doses allowing me to use less fairly often
Nice topic. Here's my protocol: I dose around once a week. One teaspoon RB, about 0.7 to 1.3 grams. After the first meal of the day works best for me. Also, I hold it for about 10 to 20 minutes in my mouth. This gives a clear sublingual effect.
After flood 2 weeks ago, my wife took a booster and had very beautifull vivid dreams in between sleep , she would open her eyes and close after and the dream will continue in one night. She said it was very hilarious , the dreams were not all pleasant , but it did not matter. She took a large dose of melatonin, is it possible to produce naturally more dmt. Because melatonin can be transformed to various forms like ,by chemical breakdown to serotonine, builts from tryptophane like dmt (dimethyl-tryptamine). Is it possible it was the effect of melatonin or is the iboga effect or both? softsparrow
