Hang in there friend. Iboga isn't very cheap, so if they sent the package back to South Africa, I'm guessing Iboga World is going to wait until they get the package back to make sure that you weren't trying to swindle them and just get more root for free. International orders like that can take weeks to get through customs and reach their destinations. While I've heard a few different complaints about Iboga World, their customer service has never been one of them. I'm sure they will gladly re-ship your package as soon as they're sure it was actually returned to them. Hang in there, keep strong, and feel free to come here and vent to us anytime you need to.

Hi and welcome to Ibogaine Club - do not worry about IW , ki. Of the (rare) issues anyone has encountered from them, getting ripped off has never been one of them. They are absolutely worthy vendors. This shit just happens sometimes, and it sucks it's happening to you right now, but (and I hate it when people tell me this) there is possibly a reason for the delay that you cannot see yet. You will hear time and again as you read through this and other communities that many people experience a certain temporal phenomenon when they decide to engage iboga. This is a common thread amongst those of us who have been working with the medicine for a while. It happened to me my very first time using iboga- odd synchronicities, which this delay may prove to be. Or like you said, it could just be a shitty lady at the PO... Dig around you should be able to find a phone number for them if your emails aren't being answered by the time you get this post. Good luck man, and don't worry - it's happening the way it needs to. A temporary setback that is the nature of this kind of thing. Doesn't happen always, but is an occasional suck everyone endures. Don't make it bigger than it is. This isn't 'everybody' this is a vendor and a good one at that- you'll be satisifed when all is said and done.....Zen, dude.
They send their Ibogaine from South Africa, not sure about the TA or Bark. That might explain the wait, if you have ordered the former.

There customer service has been quite good overall. I accidentally over ordered and they paid me back. They were interested in why I was wanting the ibogaine. They have graciously decided to resend send the parcel back to me. Overall, not bad
