A 36-year-old man was found dead at home in the United States in 1999 after reported ibogaine use.
The autopsy attributed the death to combined effects of ibogaine, opiates and cocaine. The series estimated an interval of eight to nine hours after ingestion.
Internal note: Marker & Stajic (2002) is a secondary reference for the same event (Appendix 3). Do not use 2002 as the event year or add a second card.
