During our review on November 2, 2026, IboBaja was the only clinic labelled “Verified Partner” on IboMexico. It remained first when sorted by “Most Reviewed,” despite having five reviews compared with other clinics’ 113 and 154. It also stayed first under “Price: Low to High,” above a clinic advertising a lower starting price. IboBaja’s podcast received the main “Featured” placement on the media page and appeared again first in the general list. Meanwhile, IboMexico states that it does not endorse clinics or have financial relationships with them. The reviewed pages did not explain the partnership badge or the preferential placement.
