aya 2 weeks before ok or bad idea?
hey--i feel this must have been askes before but i couldnt find it--i will be attempting the flood once more on july 11. would it be unwise to do aya tomorrow? dont want to go insane from not giving my brain enough rest.

I would fundementally recommend such a thing. What an intuitive protocal. If you haven't read the Ayahuasca is in Cahoots with Iboga thread some folks touched on the very question you asked about. Mad props -IP
