Hi sprycrane and welcome  I read you're from Gabon... does this mean you're initiated in one of the bwiti groups? If so, I am very curious of your experience and yes I hope hearing more from you. gus_rests

Hi guys Yes I have been Initiated, trust me its the must difficult and fabulous experience I have ever had in my entire life. in the evening of the Initiation the members who preforms the ritual held a ceremony for a question to find out from Bwiti whether am a sorcerer and then inadmissible or whether i had strength enough to eat eboga and to see Bwiti. why because occasionally some very weak can die from eating to much of Eboga, I have seen this once only. so at night the members of the ritual goes out to the forest were the otunga sapling had been located, and so they managed to pull it out showing that bweti was in favor of my initiation. In the morning of the Initiation huh, at about 9-9:30am the first spoonful of Eboga was given to me and before noon I had about 11 spoonful and before 3:30pm I had another 10 more spoonful. latter the horn was blown for the alert the ancestors and wake up the bweti spirit and all these is done at the stream. When the priest started singing and pulling all those incantations man!!!! I could feel my soul expanding somehow, my very seld, my skin begins to feel like a silk shirt which will easily burst and allow the soul to escape. Then I was taken deep into the forest and there I was lead and the spiritual ritual continued, I cant tell you detail about this because then I was deep with the spirits I sow things that I could never see, I could see so much good things as well as bad. I met an old woman on a little road into the evil forest who demanded why I want to see the bweti what was my reason, I was so disturbed and nothing seams to move in my life, so I believed I was cursed some how by some four fathers or something. but then suddenly I sow my grandmother, grand father and couple members of my extended family who had passed away who was then standing right there in front of me, and then the old lady let me in to the deep forest and before she let me in she said you have a great heart and what ever you have come here for you will get. when I entered the forest  there was this bright light right on my face, in that light was standing a white antelope with an incredible tilted  horn similar to the one the priest was holding .  I was there for another 3hrs and then suddenly I found something in my palms. it was some kind of IBOGA wrapped in bana leaves,  and then I cut off from the trans and the irony is  the  wrapped iboga that was given to me in the spirit when I waked up I had it in my palms, Every one was gone back to the temple singing playing the Moungougo  just the priest was there waiting,  he took me back where I given some hard treatments which I worth talking so as not to discourage any one thinking of getting initiated

Yes am from Gabon and the Bweti is my tradition After my initiation, i gain some abnormal balance within my soul, i could handle every situation that i could not. because my soul was a bay, at rest i could handle every situation. that is why i know and am certain that any type of addiction, any type of inner trauma, any psychological imbalance or something mystical, you will get the solution from Iboga and again better when initiated to see the bweti. any one thinking of getting initiated is a good start to a success resolution of all problems

Utterly grateful for you participation ngongha.  I can't explain how grateful for words would not touch upon, this forum needs you and I hope you can help us along with our roots.  Although we have the western basis covered quite well, we lack in the garden of eden (Gabon) representation.  In the past the few Bwiti that joined only did so to tell us how we should or shouldn't act. The overall feel I got from this happening in the past was that once your Bwiti you move on from this forum, something that always seemed ruthless to me to be completely honest.  We NEED BWITI in EBOKIA!  We are a family but our ancient elders didn't seem to want us to be there children. Now you have come here with a pure and unconditional love to place your gentle framework in our vision. Much love!
