Do Not Panic From Residual Cravings

Once upon a time, a long time ago, long before cars, and trains, and planes, when people travelled by foot and by horse and by wagon, there was a fellow who owned an inn at a crossroads way out in the country far from any town.  Now, the norm in those days was that the inn also served up lots of wine, whiskey and ale; and our inn owner had quite the rockin place when the 'spirits' got flowing. And this was how our friendly inn owner made his living. As he got on in years, the inn owner tired of all the long nights of drunken debauchery, so he finally closed the bar and sold the inn. With the money he made from the sale, he invested in turning the property into a proper dairy farm with cows and milk and butter and cheese. The dairy farm turned out to be quite profitable and while the work was hard, the nights were quiet. And this is how the inn owner grew ripely into a quiet old age. However, once or twice a year, there would be loud banging at his door in the middle of the night accompanied by some loud voices calling out. Downstairs, outside, would be some traveller who had frequented the inn / bar years gone bye.  Now late at night, while travelling, they wanted a bed to rest for the night and some whiskey and beer to quench the thirst.  Needless to say, they had not known of the change. So when we move on in life; as we change and grow, do not get worried if some residuals voices from the past sometimes call out - just answer back that times have changed, you have changed and ask the "stranger" to move on.
