Greetings and welcome acid - 1.) depends on the kind of iboga...if it is Wood, you can keep it around until pigs fly and they could even get off on it. different TA's have different shelf lives, GD remembers best - and I am afraid I am too lazy to look it up ATM, sory  If memory serves, HCL has a longer shelf life and is more stable, but it has been a while since I accessed those mental files, and though I should know this off the top of my head, I am slightly cannabinated at present making this difficult. A good 'professional' extract should be good for at least a few months, and likely longer - and ibogaine hcl stored properly - freezing is best for long durations - I imagine is active for quite a long time. In any case IMO best not keep it around for longer than six months, try to use it before then. 2.) Well - plugging anything hits you pretty fast. It skips the whole belly/enzyme process and absorbs very quickly - I imagine this would be commensurate with insufflation, since we are talking about mucous membranes. Quicker than oral ingestion for sure. Be careful with this method. Wash yer hands after .... 3.) Valium is fine, any benzodiazepine is safe - there are those 'out there' who would doubtless like to slap me for my perceived 'eagerness' to use sedatives post flood - but I have good reasons for this position - and I'll bring them to the table for a good ole argument anytime. 4.)
