Keeping the benefits going after treatment - what actually works?

I'm 42, from Canada, and dealing with opioid addiction. I've been researching ibogaine as a potential treatment option and I'm cautiously optimistic about what I'm reading. But I keep coming back to the same concern: what happens after? From what I understand, the treatment itself is just the beginning. The real work seems to be in the months and years that follow. For those of you who've gone through this, what integration practices have actually helped you hold onto the benefits long term? I'm talking about specific things you do, not just general advice. What's made the difference for you?
