Spotting sketchy clinics - what are the warning signs?

Been doing a lot of reading on treatment centers lately and honestly it's hard to tell who's legitimate. Some of these websites look professional but something feels off. Others seem basic but maybe they're just small operations that focus on care instead of marketing. I've been burned before by places that talked a good game.

For those of you who did your homework before choosing a center, what red flags made you walk away from certain options? Thinking stuff like pricing that seems too cheap, no medical screening, vague answers about staff qualifications. What should I actually be watching for?
