Syrian Rue helps with ibogaine?

I've done Ibogaine and Caapi after reading about it here. It is a very nice combination but you must be very careful to use much less Rue or Caapi. Evidently it can lead to serotonin syndrome. My personal favorite iboga mixes are iboga+LSD or iboga+mushrooms

Personally I don't think Iboga needs any help to work better, and I think even approaching it with that mind set could be asking for trouble. I have combined a little caapi and a few mushrooms and marijuana though to interesting effect, and I think marijuana has been used alongside Iboga in Africa. I would tread very carefully though, especially with MAOI's.

It doesn't need help. But you can dramatically reduce the amount of iboga and amount of partner drug. I find it a good way to conserve. Plus it really adds a very positive spin to any other sort of trip, even in tiny doses.

It is rather hard to describe the effects. I'm not sure if it increases the visuals a great deal, but it does add a 'ibogish' sort of character to them. The same with the mental effects, it may not really increase them, but just puts a very positive spin on the entire trip. I find I can take maybe 1/8g of TA and just a few mushroom caps (like maybe .25g) and it is as strong a trip as if I had taken 2g of just mushrooms or 1/3g+ TA.
