What's the biggest misconception about ibogaine out there?

I think one of the most misunderstood things is that ibogaine is a "magic reset button" that fixes everything on its own. People hear the dramatic stories about withdrawals disappearing overnight, and those can be real, but what often gets left out is everything that comes before and after. The cardiac screening, the psychological preparation, the aftercare that actually makes it stick. For those of us dealing with trauma alongside addiction, the inner work doesn't end when the flood dose wears off. It's a powerful tool, not a cure-all. What misconceptions have you run into when trying to explain this to people in your life?
